CableNetWorkz
announces the following enhancements for its cable client's Web
sites:
New
Digital Wiring Diagrams
CableNetWorkz
has developed 10 additional, enhanced wiring diagrams for digital
cable. These expanded and more detailed diagrams were developed
in consultation with Time Warner Cable's National Division Engineering
Group.
The new set of diagrams include directions for hooking up a single
digital terminal; a terminal and VCR; a terminal and DVD; and a
terminal, VCR and DVD. Each configuration also shows variations
for non-stereo TV, stereo TV and surround sound.

You
can review these enhanced wiring diagrams here. Let
us know if any changes need to be made to the version posted
in the Digital Cable, "Using Equipment" section of your
Web site, or if you would like a version developed for your system.

Cable
Business Services Content
CableNetWorkz
has developed six
new pages, describing the value of cable TV, digital cable,
and digital music for apartment complexes, bars and restaurants,
waiting rooms, private offices and hotels and hospitals. Each of
these new pages include a special contact form that local business
owners can use to describe their needs and request to be contacted
with specific pricing information.
Current
clients can find this new content from a link on their Home page
and Digital Cable main page. E-mail
us for information on retrieving leads submitted through this
content, or for pricing information about a version of this content
for your market.

Opt-In
E-mail List and Newsletter
Our current clients
now have an opt-in e-mail list and monthly newsletter connected
to their Web site. Each client has an e-mail list developed using
all the e-mail addresses captured on their site since it was first
launched.
New
members can opt-in to this list through customized forms set up
on each site and connected to the Home page. Members can remove
themselves from this list at any time by using the opt-out forms
also described on the Home page. We have also included a privacy
policy page, suggestion form and a tell-a-friend form.
In
October, we will begin distributing a monthly newsletter for selected
customers, commissioned by Time Warner Cable's National Division,
designed to drive customer traffic from customer service phones
to system Web sites by providing information about:
- Special
cable service offers
- Highlighted
cable programming
- Tips
about how to use cable service more easily
Click
here to review a draft of the first cable system e-mail newsletter.
Please send your comments, suggestions and changes to our Changes
e-mail address. Contact
us to find out how you can use this new tool to market, promote
and reinforce your brand.

For
most clients, the development costs of these enhancements have been
covered in their existing maintenance agreement. Only the opt-in
e-mail list and newsletter will affect your monthly hosting and
maintenance costs. For specific information about pricing, send
an e-mail to info@cablenetworkz.com.
